On Saturday, September 19, 2015 Ploppy Palace Productions and Love The Everglades Movement will be hosting a concert to raise awareness and funds for Everglades protection and public education. As part of this three stage extravaganza, some of South Florida's top bands, spoken word artists and community activists will join together to raise awareness for this vital natural resource.

There will be musical performances by Suenalo, The Spam Allstars, Army Gideon, The Baboons, Iko Iko, The Oski Foundation, Purple?, SunGhosts, Magic City Hippies, Above The Skyline, Sweetbone, The School of Rock, PATH, Venus Rising, Kuyayky, Mr. Grim Reapa, Orion, Ephniko, Michelangelo, Brendan O'Hara, Sarah Packiam, Steve Minotti, Val C. Wisecracker, Grant Livingston, Anthony Nelson, Silver Nightingale, Cheri Shanti, Linda Reiling and more.
Guest speakers include: South Miami City Mayor Phil Stoddard; Houston Cypress from Love The Everglades Movement; Laura Reynolds, Executive Director for Tropical Audubon Society; Matt Schwartz, Executive Director for South Florida Wildlands Association; Jim Teas, Chairperson for Sierra Club Miami Chapter; Rhonda Roff Energy Chair for Sierra Club Callusa Chapter; David Doebler, President for VolunteerCleanup.org; Sam Van Leer, President for Urban Paradise Guild; Belen Valladares - Vice President for the Miami Pine Rocklands Coalition, Oscar Corral, Producer for The Python Invasion; Lloyd Goradesky, Artist for Gator In The Bay; Jennifer Ehrenfried, Broward County Coordinator for Food and Water Watch, and other concerned citizens.

Here we can inform people about the FACTS: Maybe show the Map that Houston has?
Scientifically - water pollution, water management, etc...with lots of information, maps, diagrams to INFORM.
Political Landscape - we can shed light on laws that are being broken, violations state-wide, nationally, and internationally etc...
Tribal lands - here we can explain FACTS on tree-islands vanishing, water pollution, etc.
Flora and Fauna - here we cna show pictures, and graphs and list endangered animals, invasive species, etc.
Solutions - Here we can demonstrate a number of solutions we propose.
